From outside appearances alone, it would appear as though Demi Lovato is doing just fine. The singer suffered a near-fatal drug overdose earlier this year after her drug dealer reportedly provided her with pills that were laced with fentanyl. Her mother recently spoke out about the experience and the man who sold her the drugs is wanted by the authorities in relation to the incident. As Demi recovers at a rehabilitation center, it has been reported that she's being visited regularly by her ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama. She had not been spotted out and about until now, making her first public appearance since her overdose over the weekend.
The artist was photographed outside of her rehab facility as she smiled during a discussion with a woman walking her dog. With coffee in hand, Demi looked happy to be outside and as she continues to recover, we're bound to see an increase in her appearances. If we're judging solely from how she looks in the photos, we'd say that she's doing pretty well.
Wilmer Valderrama has reportedly been by her side since she was hospitalized and although they have reportedly not rekindled their romance, the two are apparently best of friends. She seems to have enjoyed the most of her day pass.
