De La Soul are gearing up to release their fan-funded album Anonymous Nobody… in less than two weeks, on August 26. Today they share another single from that album, with another noteworthy feature. “Greyhound” features Usher (who also has an album on the way) and describes a beautiful girl who travels the country on Greyhound buses, never staying long in a single place.
The trio of storied emcees take turns spitting verses over an atmospheric, downtempo beat, while Usher handles hook duties. Storytelling raps aren’t dead yet, if De La Soul has anything to say about it. Last week they dropped "Drawn" featuring Little Dragon.
