The Beckham’s press liaison has been working overdrive to keep pace with all the divorce rumors circling the couple. The retired soccer legend and pop darling, parents to three sons and a daughter, celebrated their wedding anniversary with a nice dinner on-the-town.
It was David who posted a picture of the romantic dinner reservation on his Instagram page. Victoria, looking not a day over Christmas in Spiceworld, is pictured affectionately clasping David’s hand while they both look into the picture lens. Then Victoria did the same, sharing the image on her account with the following caption: "19 years!!! X I love u so much x."
While reflecting on the decisions that lie, David has run off into dreamland, recalling the purple outfit he wore at their wedding reception. The Beckhams, cute as ever, chose to cut the cake in a matching outfits. 19 years is a long drag for any relationship, much less one highly dependent on the nurture of four children.
Their reps stated the separation rumors were nothing more than a case of social media posts growing suspiciously under false pretenses. Their statement read: "There is no statement due or divorce. This is just fake social media news, this is all very bizarre and an embarrassing waste of time. There is no statement due, no divorce, and a lot of Chinese whispers and fake social media news."
Regardless of the fact, their decision to use the term "Chinese whispers" in official writing, feels a little trite, and very racist.
