After rapping his ass off on popular instrumentals like "Free Smoke" and "Party Monster," Dave East has shared "What's The Hold Up?," a hypnotically catchy record that's just as hard as his regular output, but replaces his furious bars with some steady auto-tuned melodies. The video was premiered on the HNHH channel, but East has now shared the audio-only version of the track on SoundCloud. It comes in advance of his upcoming Paranoia project, though it's not clear whether or not it will appear on the impending album. Here's hoping we hear more of this versatility on the project when it eventually makes its way out. Watch the official video below.
