Curren$y has delivered The Legend Of Harvard Blue, his 6th project of 2016, further cementing him as one of rap's most prolific auteurs. Spitta's latest fits perfectly within the world he's been envisioning since he released the seminal Pilot Talk in 2010, as the impossibly slick rapper cruises through picturesque landscapes in his vintage rides. "The Collective" is a particularly effective gaze through Curren$y's rose-colored glasses, pairing veering strings with piano stabs and stuttering bass, while Spitta is at his braggiest, maneuvering the beat with an unmatched elegance, and allowing the constantly building instrumental to ride out in the final moments.

If you haven't kept pace with Curren$y's enviable output this year, make sure to go back through his recent tapes here.

Quotable Lyrics:
Smoking some fire right outside the building
Choppin' the game up with the ghetto children
Cold chillin'
Flowin' like a Polo linen
