Cooley Black is an up-and-coming rapper out of West Philly, and his latest record, "How You Feel" has a nostalgic feel perfect for the approaching warmer months, built off of some warm keys, as Black displays a relaxed, but still technical delivery. It's a simple formula, and one that wouldn't be exceptional were it not pulled off so effortlessly. We'll be keeping an eye on his next moves.
