Cool Amerika aren't the first rap act to make a song called "Ratchet," but they've come through with a track worthy of the title. Rather than working with the DJ Mustard-popularized sound often associated with the term, CA's record settles for an Atlanta bounce, keeping their deliveries coated in slippery auto-tune and bursting with melody.
