ComptonWorld prepares to drop a new mixtape hosted by DJ Mustard & DJ Carisma, The Function. This is his first street album to hit the world, so we're not too sure what to expect. As for some background on the rapper himself, as you might have guessed, he hails from Compton, CA, and grew up with a single mother and no father. He quickly fell into the street life, and spent much of his high school days behind bars. He eventually made the decision to pick up rapping, which he has been pursuing ever since, and was introduced to DJ Mustard by a childhood friend. This was before DJ Mustard blew up, and the two began working on music that would become this project, The Function.
