Common is rapper who always tries to do his best to create change through his art. While his most recent project, Nobody's Smiling saw him raising awareness of the youth violence going on in his hometown of Chicago, his new song, "Trouble In The Water" has a much broader scope. As a contribution to the HOME cause, the song revolves around the issue of climate change.

Com is far from alone in his message, recruiting Malik Yusef, Kumasi, Aaron Fresh, Choklate, and Laci Kay to help spread the word. The full project, which will attempt to further "expand the climate movement" features songs from Ne-Yo, Elle Varner, Karmin, and more. It will be available as a free iTunes download between November 18 and 24.

Quotable Lyrics:
Water moves, new world order rules
Through hurricanes, the pain is made audible
Sound waves, Chi-town graves, dug deep
Water dirty like the police that flood streets
