G.O.O.D. Music rapper Common hasn't been keeping up with his monthly mortgage payments, leading the Bank to file foreclosure documents.
Common has allegedly been neglecting his mortgage payments on his Chicago apartment since March.
According to legal documents, Common and his manager, Derek Dudley, got a mortgage for a condo in 2008. However, Bank of America is claiming that since March they've stopped paying their monthly mortgage payments of $2,285. Now Bank of America is filing foreclosure documents.
The Bank wants to sell the property and recoup the amount of the mortgage, plus interest and penalties, equaling a sum of $345,389.52,
