Clark Sage has been gaining momentum in his hometown of Boston, and he's ready for the rest of the country to take notice. Releasing his Modest Anomaly project last year, Sage showed a preference for low-key, electronically-inclined production, and his new record, "Methodic" continues within that spirit. A clap snare is used as a consistent metronome throughout the track, keeping the energy consistent throughout, but never pushing it over the top. Plenty of production tricks come and go, but Sage's measured delivery holds it all together.
