Ciara and Kelly Rowland teamed up to bring some holiday cheer to many young faces at Seattle's Children Hospital. The duo threw on some matching Santa Claus hats and sweaters to visit a number of patients in the hospital this past weekend.
Ciara shared a few photos of their visit to Instagram that sees the two singers performing "Jingle Bells" while someone accompanies them with a guitar. "The smiles I saw yesterday made my heart smile! I had so much fun!!! Can't wait to do it again!" she captioned a pic.

This isn't the first time Ciara has been to the hospital to spread some spirit. She and her husband, Russell Wilson, are often seen at the residence visiting patients that are terminally ill.
