Everyone has had their chance to say their part on the Cardi B and Nicki Minaj fight that went down last weekend. Some people are team Cardi while others are team Nicki and then there are people who are 100% Switzerland, not picking sides at all, like Kelly Rowland. "There's no time for us as women to fight, and they are just so talented, and I just genuinely love them both so much, but it's just not the time," Kelly said of the beef.
Christina Aguilera paid a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live! recently and talked about the debacle, explaining how she wished she could "have seen this juiciness go down," since she was on stage performing at the time.
"When I got offstage, it took a while for me to actually find out. We got off stage and I didn't feel like there was any drama. We went to a hotel room where I could change and de-stress," she explained in the clip below. "Next thing I know, I hear shoes were flying. I don't even know! But my hairdresser was like, 'I think you're going to be interested in something that happened while you were onstage.' I was like, 'What happened?'"
Apparently, the fight began while X-Tina was playing her track "Fighter."
"I was like, 'Oh, my God! That's genius! My music makes people feel...it's invoking passion!' But then I heard it was during 'Genie in a Bottle.' And then I was like, 'What is going on?' I do, like, a Migos version, so I was like, 'Ooh, Cardi got excited with that!'" She added: "I was just like, 'Oh, my God! I'm just sad I didn't get a front row seat! That's where the real show was! Damn!"
