Vince Staples is at the point in his career now where he's killing every track he touches, even if it's an out-of-character EDM banger. That's what "High," a new track helmed by production duo Christian Rich (who've worked with Earl Sweatshirt, Childish Gambino, J. Cole and others), is, and Staples slays it all the same.
The track also features Bia, an artist signed to Pharrell's IAmOther label, and whose verses hold their own with Staples' on "High." The track itself intersperses muted buildups with bonkers electronic drops, making for a song that should appeal to fans of both rap and EDM.
