Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are definitely one of the funnier couples in Hollywood. Their comedic tendencies don't discount their power in the entertainment world though as when combined, they're a pretty serious force. John often speaks his mind when it comes to politics and Teigen has her own opinions, which she frequently shares on social media. Of course, she'll make a few jokes throughout the day as well. Today is a special date for the couple as they celebrate the 5-year anniversary of their wedding and the 12-year anniversary of the day they met. Somehow though, Teigen still managed to try and get under her husband's skin though.
Throwing back to a beautiful photo of themselves sharing an embrace on their big day, Chrissy got a little petty at the end of her message to John. She started off by looking back on all the special moments they've shared in their lives, saying, "12 years ago today, I met the man of my dreams. And 5 years ago today, we got married. We have two babies and some pups and a life I am grateful to have. My everything, I love you and am so proud of the story we’ve created." She then got a little sour about one of her husband's upcoming jobs, adding, "But you are an asshole for releasing your @nbcthevoice news on my target launch day for real."
Yesterday, Legend announced he would be a coach on the upcoming season of The Voice, somewhat stealing his wife's thunder since she also told the world about her partnership with Target. We're sure they'll get over it. Congrats to the happy couple!
