Chris Webby delivered his debut album, Chemically Imbalanced, today. After rolling out several songs off the LP and a video here and there, the rapper celebrates his album's release by releasing an official music video for "R.A.D." aka "Roll A Doobie," most likely what he'll be doing today. The visual shows various stressful situation when rolling a doobie might be encouraged, and also shows a bunch of different kind of people who smoke, some of whom might surprise you.
