Chris Paul and the Los Angeles Clippers are on the brink of elimination after losing a pivotal Game 5 on their home court last night, giving the Utah Jazz a 3-2 lead as the series shifts back to Salt Lake City.
During Paul's post-game press conference, a reporter actually asked him, "Will the Clippers be back here Sunday playing Game 7?"
CP3 took a second to mull things over and then responded to the ridiculous Q as only he could.
"What you think? I’m on the team. What you want me to say? No, it’s over? That’s what you want to hear? Yes. Come on, man. You’ve been doing this long enough. Seriously, right?"
The Clips and Jazz will pick things up again at 10:30pm EST on Friday night. If things go LA's way, they'll be back at the Staples Center on Sunday for that aforementioned Game 7.
