Chris Brown seems to always find himself in some sort of legal trouble. Back in May, the singer was dragged into a sexual assault lawsuit after a woman was allegedly raped in his home. While Breezy's friend is the one who's actually accused of raping the woman, the fact that the incident allegedly happened at Brown's crib was enough to get him pulled into the legal battle. However, Breezy's now responded to the lawsuit and is arguing to get his name removed from the case.
Chris Brown's looking to get his name removed from the case and he just filed his response to the lawsuit. According to TheBlast, Brown argues that the woman suing him never claimed in her complaint that he ever even touched her or even physically harmed her. He also indicates that there were no actual allegations that Brown threatened her with violence or subjected her to it.
However, Brown's biggest defense is actually part of the accuser's complaint. She claimed that Brown was “occupied with pornography and performing sexual acts with women” in a separate part of the house. Brown's using that specific statement to prove that he was clearly busy at the time of the alleged assault.
The alleged assault is still under investigation but Chris Brown wants his name dismissed from the civil suit immediately.
