Chris Brown has once again decided to help his fans open their third eyes by sharing a new conspiracy theory with his Instagram followers.

This isn't the first time he's done something like this. Last March he garnered some controversy with a post about the Flat Earth Theory, and then posted a verse from rap conspiracy king B.o.B., who alleged that celebrities are created in a cloning facility and are murdered with drug overdoses.

This new video is seemingly less controversial on it's surface. Clips of a supposed Harvard panel on Geo-Engineering, in which one of the panelists alleges that geo-engineering could be responsible for tens of thousands of deaths, is interspersed with footage of climate change documentaries, as well as a plan to reflect sunlight back into space in order to cool down the Earth. Chemtrails aren't mentioned anywhere other than the title of the video.

Chris didn't post any kind of caption with the video, perhaps to encourage his fans to deduce their own meaning from it. The account he reposted the video from, however, is very explicit in its intentions.

"#Geoengineering is the deliberate and large-scale intervention into the #Earth’s climatic system. It’s done through several different means, and one of them is spraying chemicals (which are toxic to humans and all life on the planet) into the atmosphere via balloons or aerial vehicles," @freedom_faction writes. "The #CIA and other federal agencies control these programs, and under the guise of national security they remain classified. This means that if they are actually spraying things into the atmosphere, we would never hear about it."

You can check out both posts down below, and decide for yourself whether or not Breezy is exposing the truth.
