Everything about this song is special. From the layered vocals and harmonies in the chorus, to Gunna's seamless transition into his verse, to the production from Turbo The Great. "Big Slimes" is one of the best songs on the brand new collaborative mixtape from Chris Brown and Young Thug, and that much will be clear to you upon your first listen.

Serving as the longest song on the project, "Big Slimes" is also the most complete record on the 12-song tracklist. It starts off with Young Thug rapping the hook over a solid Turbo-produced beat. He heads into the first verse before passing the baton off to Chris Brown, who suits the tone perfectly. Then, after a second chorus, Gunna hops in and delivers what some consider to be a stand-out verse on the entire mixtape. This type of production sounds like it was created specifically with the YSL Records rapper in mind. Finally, Lil Duke closes out the track with his gritty vocals, offering a different perspective to the song.

While there are certainly a number of Slime & B cuts that will remain in heavy rotation, "Big Slimes" has the potential to stand the test of time.

Listen to it below and let us know your thoughts.

Quotable Lyrics:

I got an addiction to fashion
I walk in the club with that static
I'm just tryna get me a backend
Tell my driver to pull up, then back in
Helicopter to fly over traffic
On my grind, ain't no time for relaxin'
Spend it up, I been bringin' that cash in
I'ma go grab that Maybach wagon
