Seeking a permanent restraining order against her former beau, Karrueche Tran wanted to move as fast as possible, reports say. Yet, their showdown in court, scheduled for March 9, will have to wait.
E! News reports their court appointment has been postponed till March 29. Though a judge granted Tran an emergency restraining order last month, she has been unable to serve the swift R&B star with the papers.
"We will be seeking to complete service," Tran's attorneys said.
The 28-year-old model is seeking to extend the restraining order permanently. She claims Brown threatened to shoot her and was violent toward her during their time together, saying he "punched me in my stomach twice" and "pushed me down the stairs." One of Tran's friends also filed a restraining order against the singer.
