Chip is putting in that work this year. Though we've been in quarantine, he's been steadily releasing new music over the weeks which seems like a promising sign that he has a new project set to arrive soon. The rapper teamed up with Skepta and D-Block Europe's Young Adz for their joint project, INSOMNIA. Following the death of Blakk The Ripper, Chip paid homage to the late his late friend with "0420."

Now, the rapper has followed it up with his latest record in collaboration with DJ Frass for "Lock Down." Chip and DJ Frass deliver an island vibe with this dancehall infused record. It's laid back with Chip focusing on the melodies rather than being bar-friendly.
