Nike revealed their 13th annual Doernbecher Freestyle Collection over the weekend, which was highlighted by a unique black and red Air Jordan 7. Those kicks, along with the rest of Nike's Doernbecher collection, will be hitting retailers on December 17th.
One pair that won't be making it to retail is this "Alternate" DB Air Jordan 7, one that foregoes the red accents in favor of a monochromatic black build. This sample pair surfaced online shortly after the 2016 Doernbecher Freestyle Collection was officially unveiled and rumors suggest there are only two in existence.
According to those in the know, the rare "Alternate" Doernbecher Air Jordan 7s were auctioned off over the weekend with proceeds going to Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
