Fashion week usually conjures images of gaunt models and extremely expensive designer clothes, more reasonably priced brands like H&M also unveil collections around this time. As part of their Spring 2017 collection, H&M has partnered with The Weeknd’s XO label to create a wide range of pieces.
The extensive collection features a mix of dressy and casual attire, from blazers to bombers and slacks to jeans. Some of the items feature the XO branding while others are more minimal. There are trendy design elements throughout, such as frayed cropping on pants, mesh shirts, and unfinished hems.
In a press release for the collaboration, The Weeknd explained, “I had a great time selecting my Spring Icons at H&M. I love the mix of urban pieces like bombers and hoodies with tailored shirts and blazers. Every piece is both effortless and fresh, which is just how menswear should be.”
