NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night ahead of the NBA's All-Star Weekend and recalled how he once played in an NBA game while drunk. Although, he didn't actually set out to do so.

According to the Round Mound of Rebound, he was told in the late 80s that he had been traded from the Philadelphia 76ers to the Los Angeles Lakers and immediately went out to get "blasted." Barkley says he was so excited to get out of Philly that he was downing shots and chugging beers in the middle of the day.

However, after roughly three hours of partying and celebrating he was informed that the deal had fell through and he was expected to suit up for the Sixers that same night. Needless to say, it wasn't one of his finer on-court moments.

"I don't remember anything about that game," he says. "I was so pissed, but I was so drunk too."

Barkley says that's the only time he ever played in an NBA game while drunk but he played hungover multiple times. He also talked to Kimmel about the Philadelphia Eagles winning the Super Bowl, reading mean tweets, and the times he smoked weed.
