Hip-Hop's finest is edging it's way into the Emmy nominations.
Both Chance The Rapper and Common have been nominated in the category "Outstanding Original Music And Lyrics." Chance for his track "Last Christmas" on Saturday Night Live! and Common for his song "Letter To The Free," which featured in the documentary "13th."
Snoop is also getting a nomination this year for his work alongside Martha Stewart in "Martha And Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party" as "Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-competition Program." LL Cool J also pulled a nomination for Outstanding Structured Reality Program for his role as a a producer on "Lip Sync Battle."
The awards show takes place on September 17th and will be hosted by Stephen Colbert. Keep an eye out to see who ends up taking home a trophy!
