It looks like Chance The Rapper might have a new place to call home soon. On Friday, CBS Chicago reported that Chano From 79th is in the process of buying a $4 million dollar condo in the beautiful Streeterville neighborhood in Chicago.
According to the real estate listing, the 4,500-square-foot condo, which features a V-shaped 2-bedroom & 3.5 baths, was built in 2008. The condo features floor to ceiling windows and offers expansive views of the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan from three separate terraces, as well as a soundproofed library, bar and sauna. It also includes a special ventilation system for clearing cigar smoke, or weed smoke whatever you prefer.
It’s unknown how much Chance ended up paying for the crib as it’s still in the early stages of being finalized, but it was being listed for $4,025,000, after being reduced from the initial $4.5 million asking price.
This report comes just days after the Chicago rapper celebrated his 25th birthday with a huge fundraiser, so maybe this condo is a nice gift to himself?
