Chance the Rapper and Anderson .Paak both emerged as bona-fide stars in 2016, in their own distinct ways. Good news for Chance and .Paak fans: they hit the studio this morning, which hopefully means they will release a collaboration at some point this year.
.Paak shared a video of him and Chance together in the studio to social media. They mumble into the camera and sip on liquor -- .Paak has a well-known penchant for drinking Hendrick's gin in the studio. An unreleased song plays in the background -- it at first sounds like the Mario Kart starting line music then segues into a funky, syrupy, '80s-inflected shuffle featuring Chance's vocals.
