Here are two rap faces that haven't been as consistent in the blogosphere as they once were. Both Casey Veggies and Rockie Fresh have fallen back a bit in recent years, although they still come through every now and then. It looks like things are changing for both in 2019, as they have a collaborative album on the way. Rockie and Casey's musical past actually dates back to 2013 when they released their first Fresh Veggies mixtape (ahead of the trend!). They'll be giving fans a second instalment, with the first taste featuring Curren$y.
Curren$y is the perfect collaborator for Casey and Rockie's generally laid-back and smoke-approved style. That's exactly what you get on this new record, "Demeanor," produced by Leken and Ashton. Leken and Ashton actually had production on Fresh Veggies too, by way of "All That," so it looks like they'll be back in the mix for Fresh Veggies 2.
Are you guys excited to see Casey and Rockie link up once again? Stay tuned for more info on the collaborative effort, and stream the new release on Soundcloud.
