Carlos Figgz has been a frequent returner to HNHH over the years with a bunch of random songs that haven’t quite popped like they probably should’ve. Most recently, the Chicago rapper made his appearance on the site with the song “Oh Lord” off his upcoming In Between Jobs EP, and now today he’s back with another offering from the tape with “Central Casting,” which is produced by James Boyd & V Fresh.
“I heard the beat James sent and immediately knew I had to get a seasoned DJ to help assist the arrangement so I called V Fresh. All I told him was to arrange it so that you can dance to it the entire time and that I'd be needing scratches. As he was arranging I wrote the lyrics and the track was recorded and finished in about 90 minutes.”
