For nearly a year, Nicki Minaj and Cardi B's feud has been based on speculation more than anything else. The two of them have denied there being any sort of issues between each other. However, rumors of their feud were confirmed this past weekend after Cardi B slung a shoe at Nicki Minaj. Celebrities, fans and everyone in between have chimed in on the controversy including associates from both camps. Now, Cardi B's stylist has stepped up to issue a response to anyone who has something to say about his client.
“For everyone asking yes I still work with Cardi lol that’s my love! And if it's up to me I always will." Kollin Carter wrote on his Instagram Story following Cardi B's brawl with Nicki Minaj. "We grew so fast together. She's more than a client she's family. Shade her and you get blocked. PERIOD."
Kollin's comments don't seem to be aimed directly at Nicki Minaj but likely towards people on the Internet who've shared their two cents on the feud between Cardi B and Nicki Minaj.
Carter's been styling Cardi for a minute now. He helped put together several of her memorable looks over the past year from her Met Gala dress to her fit for Rihanna's Diamond Ball. He also helped style Cardi for her look at Harper's Bazaar Icons Party where the "Bodak Yellow" rapper attempted to scrap Nicki Minaj.
