Amid all the celebrations with Cardi B going number one with "Bodak Yellow" and it then hitting platinum, the rapper tells us the real story of when an NYPD put her in a chokehold.

The 24-year-old was appearing on WEDR 99 Jamz with host Felisha Monet where she decided to go all in on the story, although she didn't want to in the beginning.

The story basically goes that Cardi B had an altercation with a motorist that turned physical when she got out the car.

She admits that she was "no angel," but wants to clear things up because she didn't like how the media was boosting on how she was alleging the story for publicity.

"Matter fact imma tell you how it went," she starts off the story.

"So I got out the car, and was like 'my nigga I will fuck you up' and he said 'bitch I will fuck you up,' so I started hitting his window, then I threw him a bottle of water."

She further describes how her cousin hopped out the car and started squaring up with the motorist, where Cardi B took off her shoe and threw it at the motorist and he threw it back at her.

"Out of nowhere a motherfucka (NYPD) put me in a chokehold like a chicken wing," Cardi B explains to Felisha and the audience. "There's two men that are about to square up, but you're so pussy you won't even hold back the men, you're guna put the female in a chokehold."

She then details how she's bothered by the NYPD calling her and her family asking for a statement, but she ain't never guna talk because 'they ain't never guna do anything bout it."

Cardi B knows how to clap back though. Just earlier this week HNHH reported how she came back strong, but subtle, on Azealia Banks who said Carbi B was a poor man's Nicki Minaj. Cardi B followed up her diss with a video of Azealia Banks going hard to her "Bodak Yellow" with the caption, “One of the reasons Bodak Yellow went #1! Cuz even the HATERS love it!"
