Despite both being featured on "MotorSport," Nicki Minaj and Cardi B's "feud" has been speculated more than it has been confirmed. However, Nicki's recent interview with Zane Lowe a few weeks back revealed that she did feel some type of way about Cardi B. Most recently, the two of them seemed to have buried the hatchet after they were spotted together at the 2018 Met Gala. Cardi recently opened up about their relationship and the conversation they had.
Cardi B appeared on Howard Sterns' radio show to speak about several things including the gender of her child (a girl), Bodak Yellow and more. The conversation swerved into the alleged beef that she and Nicki Minaj had. However, she says that it was simply a misunderstanding between both parties.
"I never was feuding with anybody. There was a misunderstanding. I think she felt a certain type of way about something. I definitely felt a certain type of way about something. I didn't want to ever talk about it in public because I felt like we gonna see each other again and we will talk about it." Cardi said. She explained that it was some small issues that they needed to deal with and she believed that fans would turn into something bigger than what it actually is.
"I spoke to her in the Met Gala about it. And it's just like, see, it was just something that had to be talked about. Because, like, it was an issue." She said.
