Cardi B Reportedly Signs Deal With Atlantic Records
Cardi B signed a contract with Atlantic Records, reports say.
Former Love & Hip Hop: New York star Cardi B has gathered quite a following on social media. The rap artist put out a mixtape this year and recently teamed up with Offset on the remix of "Lick."
The Jasmine Brand now reports that the Bronx native has signed a multi-million dollar deal with Atlantic Records and is ditching the reality show. A source told the gossip website that Atlantic believes in Cardi's talent. They also said she wants to "be taken serious" and "focus on music."
"It's hard for her to do that with all the drama she's involve in on the show," the source added.
This year has seemed like a coming out party for Cardi. She made waves when she and Offset were spotted chilling at the Super Bowl.
