In a recent Twitter post, The Good Place actress Jameela Jamil called out Cardi B and other celebrities who endorse various detox teas, emphasizing the dangerous and deceptive nature of the products. Jamil took a moment to share her sentiments in response to a sponsored Instagram video posted by the "Money" emcee in which she attributes her post-baby weight loss to the consistent use of the detox tea she was advertising. "They got Cardi B on the laxative nonsense “detox” tea," she wrote. "GOD I hope all these celebrities all shit their pants in public, the way the poor women who buy this nonsense upon their recommendation do. Not that they actually take this shit.
