The all-black "Cap and Gown" (aka "Prom Night) Air Jordan 11s are going to be one of the most sought after sneakers of the year when they officially hit retailers on May 26th for the retail price of $220. Jordan Brand officially confirmed the release details today, along with a new batch of images.
The "Cap and Gown" Air Jordan 11s showcase a black suede upper accompanied by black patent leather and a blue outsole. Additionally, the kicks will come housed in the classic slide-out shoe box, complete with a black and grey insert and matching carbon-fiber patterned tissue paper to match the sneaker's midfoot shank.
Kicks on Fire reports that Jordan Brand will reportedly release roughly 50,000 pairs of the all-black 11s, which is far less than the rumored 1 million pairs of "Concord" 11s that will launch later this year.
