Despite the fact that veteran New Orleans emcee C-Murder is currently serving a life sentence for murder, he's managed to contribute to a new track with the freshly released Lil Boosie. Not only that, the Louisiana representatives are apparently working on a collaborative album, aptly titled Penitentiary Chances, from which this is the first reveal.
