Music legends and successful businessmen Russell Simmons and Reverend Run (father of Diggy) are being targeted in a lawsuit from Run Athletics president Rasheed Young.
TMZ reports that Young's lawyers are accusing the brothers of funnelling their revenue earned from their Pastry brand of sneakers into another company; a company which Young claims to have no hand in.
Young is accusing Simmons and Run of stealing in the tens of millions from the company. The DMC alumni have yet to respond to such accusations.
Young is seeking his share of the brand's profit as well as changes in the current structure of the company. If these requests are not met he plans to sue.
