Dwyane Wade will play in his final regular season home game on Tuesday night, as the Miami Heat host the Philadelphia 76ers at American Airlines Arena. The Heat enter tonight's contest one-game back of the eighth seeded Detroit Pistons with just two games remaining, so there's a real chance this could mark D-Wade's final game in Miami.

Ahead of tonight's matchup, Budweiser has unveiled a tear-jerking commercial in which Wade meets five people whose lives he has positively impacted. Each of the five take part in a "jersey-swap" with Wade, as they explain their emotional stories.

Those featured in the ad include: Wade's mother, a woman who lost her brother in the Parkland shooting, a woman whose college tuition was paid for by Wade, a young man from a poor neighborhood near Miami who was inspired by Wade, and a woman Wade took on a shopping spree after she lost her house to a fire.

In order to make the playoffs, the Heat will have to beat the Sixers on Tuesday night, defeat the Nets on Wednesday night, and get some help.

Miami needs the Pistons to lose both of their final two games to the Grizzlies and Knicks, and they also need the Hornets to lose one of their final two games against the Cavs and Magic.
