Lesnar vs Reigns announced for Greatest Royal Rumble event.

After beating Roman Reigns to a bloody pulp in the main event of Wrestlemania 34, WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar has decided to resign with WWE.

According to the WWE press release, Brock's next appearance is scheduled for the Greatest Royal Rumble event, where he will compete against Roman Reigns in a Steel Cage Match for the Universal Title at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Friday, April 27, at 7 p.m. AST. The announcement will temporarily put to rest any rumors that Lesnar's leaving the company for the UFC.

During an appearance on UFC Tonight last week, host Daniel Cormier asked UFC President Dana White if Lesnar would be returning to UFC and White responded, “Yeah, Brock Lesnar’s coming back. I don’t know when, but yes he is.” While the WWE has not announced the details of Brock's new contract, it appears White will have to wait a little longer for Brock's return to the octagon.

In addition to another Brock vs Roman Universal title match later this month, the "Greatest Royal Rumble" event in Saudi Arabia will also include a 50-man Royal Rumble match, Triple H vs John Cena, and six other championship bouts. The event will be available to all WWE Network subscribers.
