Bow Wow is once again in the news for owing a large amount of money, however this time it's not in back taxes, or to the bank, or to his baby mama, but to a French porn star.
TMZ reports that Bow Wow has been ordered to fork over $80,000 to a porn star whose footage he used in one of his videos, without her permission. The adult film star, Celine Tran aka Katsuni, sued the YMCMB rapper in July 2012. In the suit she claimed that Bow Wow used clips of her pole dancing from a music video for French band Electronic Conspiracy, in his own video for "Drank In My Cup," without the star's permission.
Bow Wow did not respond to the lawsuit and so was ordered by a judge to pay $79,346.07 in damages and attorneys' fees, and was told to stop using the footage.

Bow Wow took to facebook to dispute Celine Tran's claims that he used her image in his video without permission. The host of 106 & Park stated that the video in which Tran is referring to was actually a fan-made mash-up that he simply reposted.

Whether or not Bow Wow is guilty of using the footage of Tran without permission, he still missed a mandated court date and has been ordered to pay $79,346.07 in damages and attorneys' fees.
We'll have to wait and see if the judge will sympathize with the rapper's situation.
