Bow Wow (now going by his government name, Shad Moss) and Erica Mena have officially announced their engagement. Shortly after Mr. Moss cryptically posted an image with an engagement ring on his Instagram account, Erica confirmed with ThisIs50’s Jack Thriller that the wedding is definitely taking place.
“Is Bow Wow your boyfriend?,” Thriller asked during the 2014 BET Hip-Hop Awards. “Um, he’s actually my fiancé,” Mena replied, flashing the same ring that Moss posted.
Readers may be familiar with Erica via her work on "Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta." Bow and Mena have been spotted together in the past, but general Internet consensus seems to indicate that no one knew that the two were this serious. Two weeks ago, Mena posted a photo of herself and Bow with a few emojis as the caption. Check out the aforementioned Instagram photos below.
The BET Hip-Hop Awards will air on October 14th at 8PM.
