Boots first appeared on our radar with the release of his music back in April, the first cut we came across was "My Heart Is A Stone Today (Unharmed)." Following in the footsteps of The Weeknd, Boots has kept a purposefully low profile, although he seems to be signed/affiliated with Roc Nation. We don't have many photos of him, nor details on his life. After dropping several tracks in April, he went back into hiding.
Today he re-emerges with "Mercy." What starts off as a melancholy, sad record soon turns into something much more exciting, with guitar riffs and clapping bringing the energy up and creating a rock'n'roll vibe.
