Boosie continues to supplement his "BooPac" album.
Nearly a month removed from the release of his BooPac album, Boosie Badazz continues to support the effort with the rolling out of his latest visual for one of the project's more earnest tracks "Heartless Hearts."
As he opens up on the cut's opening verse, Boosie's sentiments here as best described by the artist himself as he declares that he's "got this heartfelt thug shit," before continuing on about losing friends, getting sold out, and his desire for a do over. The 24-track BooPac arrived as a heavy offering that served to dissect the various layers of the veteran emcee, with selections like "Heartless Hearts" standing out among others.
"I really named it BooPac because to a generation, I was their 2Pac," the Baton Rouge rapper said in an interview back in September of last year. "What 2Pac did to me is he touched me with his music. He’s the only one that ever made me shed a tear off a song. And I have that characteristic to my fans. My fans come tell me I’m their 2Pac. Their mamas who love 2Pac come tell me that I’m the closest to 2Pac."
