Watch a short documentary on Boogie called "The Ladder."

Almost two weeks back, Boogie shared his great tape The Reach, giving us twelve new tracks of dope West Coast music. Today, he shares a mini-documentary on his neighborhood, his family and his new project. Entitled "The Ladder," it takes its name from a quote from Boogie's DJ, Dezzie: "Boogie, right now, he's like the ladder to another world that people aren't in right now."

In it, we see that Boogie puts his son first and his hometown second, always focusing on being a good father and a positive presence, rather than trying to make enough money to flee his surroundings. Although relatively short, the doc gives you a good window into Boogie's life, which is getting crazier by the day.
