Today, Blac Chyna settled out of court in a hit and run lawsuit from 2015. The case was brought by Zohar Mizrahi and Michaela Mesica when Chyna's friend Paige Addison crashed a BMW (Chyna's) into their car. After the crash, two women were seeing fleeing on foot from the BMW and apparently, neither of them were Chyna, although she was still made to come and sit for a deposition because it was her car that was crashed.
The case was settled for an undisclosed amount (whether or not Chyna has to pay anything is unclear) and the rest of the hearings for the case have been cancelled, except for the final one, where the case will be officially dismissed.
Chyna claims that she never even gave Addison permission to use the car and claims the she stole the keys from a drawer where she usually kept them. Although it may get you further in life begging forgiveness than asking permission, if this is all true, it seems that Chyna needs to find new friends.
Addison pled guilty to felony hit and run and is probation for five years.
