Building on her WHEN WE FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? album release next week, Billie Eilish released her "you should see me in a crown" animated-visual. The new video partners Eilish's "BLOHSH" character with contemporary artist Takashi Murakami's animation skills. “Murakami is an incredible visionary. It was such an honor to collaborate with him and have our brains and our worlds collide for this video," Eilish said in a statement.

Murakami added, "8 months from start to finish, I sprinted throughout the production process with my animation team striving to realize Billie’s vision in an unprecedented way." WHEN WE FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? is the follow-up to the 17-year-old singer's acclaimed 2017 EP, Don't Smile at Me. Eilish recently received backlash regarding her single "Wish You Were Gay," where her love goes unrequited and she says she wishes the object of her affection was homosexual instead of admitting that he just didn't like her.

Meanwhile, you can check out the full video for "you should see me in a crown" over at Apple Music here.
