Kid Cudi may no longer be signed with G.O.O.D. Music, but that won't affect anything with his labelmate Big Sean.
During a recent interview with Power 106, Big Sean spoke about the departure of Kid Cudi from the G.O.O.D. Music label and supports his decision to leave. He states that the two will continue to make music together.
“Cudi is not only my labelmate, he’s one of my good friends, That’s my brother.” said Sean, who revealed that Cudi gave him his Jesus piece necklace after Sean had lost his.
Big Sean said he doesn't know why Cudi left the label, but added:
“All I know is that’s my dawg. Whether it’s G.O.O.D.Music or not, Cudi’s still one of my favorite artists, one of my favorite people.”
However, Sean did say he had his suspicions though. “You could just tell certain things when it would be all of us together. I would be like, ‘Where Cudi at?’”
