2013 has basically come and gone without any sign of a new album from Beyonce. The singer, who has been back on her grind ever since giving birth to Blue Ivy has put out a few miscellaneous tracks, but nothing transpired into a legitimate single or an LP.
Although Queen Bey herself hasn't spoken much on her forthcoming album, back in October Pharrell did say the album was "crazy." He also said, "she’s not going to put it out until it’s ready and feels like it’s right to her." According to Beyonce's label, 2014 is when she'll be ready.
When asked about 2014, the chairman of Columbia Records said, "Obviously, at some point, Beyoncé will put a record out."
