In case you missed it, marijuana connoisseur Berner dropped off his new album The Big Pescado, produced entirely by Scott Storch. While there are plenty of strong moments throughout, one of the highlights arrives during the project's opening stretch. "Wait For It" finds Berner enlisting The Game for a rare verse, and the Compton rapper does not disappoint in that regard. Over a melancholic, hard-hitting instrumental from Storch, Berner sets things off with a strong opening verse, chronicling his days selling drugs to make ends meet.

The Game comes through to finish things off, reflecting on his debt to Dr. Dre and continuing his now-iconic proclivity for name-dropping. "Real love, I guess it died with Pac, cause I done searched the whole Golden State for it," raps Game. "California is mine, tell Kendrick and Snoop I had a shootout with Steph Curry and Clay for it."

Quotable Lyrics

Real love, I guess it died with Pac
Cause I done searched the whole Golden State for it
California is mine, tell Kendrick and Snoop I had a shootout with Steph Curry and Clay for it
